Terms & Conditioins

BOOKING

Securing The Date

When booking you must select your service of choice. Once you've selected your service/services the available dates will appear. After selecting a date, your deposit amount will be presented to you which is NON-REFUNDABLE so please be sure of the time, date and service when booking. Once payment has been finalized, you're all set. An Email confirmation with the full address of location will be sent out.

HAIR INCLUDED

Details

If you have booked for any braid or twist services such as TRIBAL BRAIDS, BOX BRAIDS, MARLEY TWIST, or CROCHET BRAIDS. The hair extensions are included with the price. When booking, simply add your hair extension color of choice to the "Message" box. If you'd like a two-toned colored option, no problem just add it to the "Message" box. For crochet braids please note what type of hair such as LOCS, TWIST or BRAIDS as well as the color choice. For hair that needs prep please note what curl pattern you'd like and length as well as the color. Pictures of what you're interested in getting would greatly apperciated

RESCHEDULING

Something Came Up

Here at Yehshenz Creationz we understand somethings come up and you may not be able to make the appointment set. If you contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time you can reschedule FREE OF CHARGE. If its past the 24 hour period you will be charged a new deposit to book your new appointment. (Car accident & Death in the family are the only exceptions)

CANCELLATIONS

I No Longer Want The Appointment

You cancel your appointment at anytime. No matter how soon or late you decide to cancel, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as mentioned in the BOOKING section of this page. This is why its very important to be sure when booking your time, date & service/services.

RUNNING LATE

I'm Late For An Important Date

Here at Yehshenz Creationz we understand that time isn't always be on your side. If you're running late and don't want to get that "cancelled" notification please give us a CALL, TEXT or EMAIL letting us know about how long you think you'll be. We MUST receive a notice no more then 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment. You have up to 15 minutes after scheduled time to arrive without full cancellation. Failure to send message of arrival and/or show up after your 15 minute window your appointment will be cancelled.

PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL

Do I Need To Do Anything

No pre.shampoo, Blow-outs etc needed before your appointment however if these services are needed to acheive to finished look, those service will be added to your bill. if you choose to not move forward will the service due to addtional services needed. The appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled NO EXCEPTIONS. Please keep in mind that the deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO CHILDREN and/or GUEST are allowed during the time of your appointment. This is your time to relax and have some me time, having the extra people around takes away from your experience. If you run into an issue where you'd have to bring your child/children please notify use before doing so. You are responsible for your child/children and/or guest,if there are any negative issues your appointment will be cancelled at any time.
